AWOL (for a bit)

It’s a long weekend here so I am going to attempt to keep my use of electronic media to an absolute minimum.

This means I won’t be posting on my blog or reading any blogs until Monday evening.

My brain needs a much-needed break so it’s going into 85% shut down mode this weekend. Let’s call it self-preservation and going into safe mode.

So, until then, stay safe and enjoy the weekend.

Until Monday ~ Live Life, Love Life

  1. My brother recommended I might like this website.
He was totally right. This post actually made my day. You cann’t imagine just how
much time I had spent for this information! Thanks!

    • Hi Efrain, thanks for your comment. I haven’t been updating much but I will start again this weekend. Life has been busy!
      Take care.

  2. Very good blog! Do you have any recommendations
for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a
little lost on everything. Would you suggest
starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there
that I’m totally confused .. Any ideas? Many thanks!

    • Hi Shelley,

Thanks for your comment and the positive review!

Starting out with a blog is a good way; however I started many years ago writing small pieces for magazines (some paid, some unpaid). This helped me to hone my writing skills under the editors’ tutelage.

So perhaps you can approach some local magazines and submit some work. It might be that you won’t be paid for those words but you will receive invaluable feedback.

      All the best with it!
